    You will need to pay a $35.00 application fee prior to this application being processed.  I will send you a paypay bill to the e-mail account provided with this application. 
    Military Clause

    MILITARY PERSONNEL

    TERM OF LEASE EXCEPTIONS

    IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE TENANTS BEING MILITARY
    PERSONNEL ARE SUBJECT TO TRANSFER.  IF TRANSFERRED THE FULL TERM(LENGTH) OF THIS LEASE WILL NOT BE ENFORCED.  THE LANDLORD WILL REQUIRE A COPY OF TRANSFER PAPERS BEFORE TERMINATING LEASE. UNTIL THE DATE OF TRANSFER ALL ITEMS IN THE LEASE WILL REMAIN THE SAME. 

    IF TRANSFER DATE FALLS AFTER THE 1ST DAY OF THE MONTH, THE TENANT'S FULL MONTH'S RENT IS DUE.
     
    THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE  MOVING TO A DIFFERENT PART OF THE LEAVENWORTH AREA, OR ACCEPTING FT. LEAVENWORTH HOUSING.

    I UNDERSTAND, THE TERM (LENGTH) OF MY LEASE.
    I UNDERSTAND, IF I DO NOT FULFILL THE TERM OF MY LEASE I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOSS OF RENTS DUE TO MY VACATING.

    I UNDERSTAND, IF I DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THE LEASE, AND THE CONDITIONS ABOVE, MY DEPOSIT MONEY IS FORFEITED.


    I UNDERSTAND, THE LANDLORD WILL STRICTLY ENFORCE THE TERM OF THE LEASE AND ENGAGE LEGAL ACTION, IF NECESSARY TO RECOVER ANY AND ALL MONIES DUE.
     
    IN CONSIDERATION OF THE EARLY TERMINATION OF THE LEASE THE LANDLORD WILL REQUIRE THE TENANT TO PAY LIQUIDATION DAMAGES OF:

    EARLY TERMINATION FEE IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO ONE MONTHS RENT IF TENANT HAS OCCUPIED UNIT FOR SIX MONTHS OR LESS.

    IF TENANT IS BEING DISCHARGED FROM THE MILITARY, THE MILITARY CLAUSE IS NOT APPLICABLE. IF DISCHARGED WHILE STILL IN THE TERM OF THE LEASE, THE EARLY TERMINATION CLAUSEWILL APPLY. IF THE YEAR LEASE HAS ALREADY EXPIRIED, THEN NOTICE REQUIREMENTS ARE PER THE TERMS OF THE LEASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    WHEN ORDERS TO REPORT TO A NEW ASSIGNMENT OCCURS IT IS NECCISARY TO DETERMINE THE DATE THAT ORDERS RELEASE A MILITARY MEMBER FROM THE LEASE.  IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE MILITARY MEMBER WILL NEED TIME IN TRANSITION BETWEEN ASSIGNMENTS. TO THAT EFFECT, IF THE TRANSFER IS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES THE RELEASE FROM CURRENT LOCATION WILL OCCUR TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO REPORT DATE.  IF TRANSFERED OVERSEAS RELEASE WILL OCCUR 30 DAYS PRIOR TO REPORT DATE.  THIS IS THE EARLIEST DATE THAT THE LEASE MAY BE TERMINATED USING THE MILITARY CLAUSE
